The D'Mand S-70T pump provides instant hot water while saving you water, energy and money. Designed for houses smaller than 2,500 sq ft and when there is less than 60 ft from the tankless unit to the fixture with the D'Mand system.
The D'MAND System is activated when someone creates a demand for hot water by activating the pump with any one of a number of methods. At that time, the Hot Water D'MAND System pumps the hot water to the plumbing fixtures. Once hot water reaches the pump, the System detects a 3° to 4° temperature rise and completely shuts off so there is no loss of energy or water! This D'MAND System is the only UL Listed and Uniform Plumbing Code Listed hot water distribution system that is recognized by the US Department of Energy to save both water and energy.
