The PowerStar AE12 is an electric tankless water heater that can provide 2 gallons per minute with a 40 degree temperature rise which support a sink in colder climates or a low flow shower in warm climates.
This electric tankless water heater unit also features thermostatic control.
Note: This PowerStar AE12 water heater is not strong enough to support a standard flow shower (a standard shower draws approx. 2.5 gallons per minute).
PowerStream features a compact design (12.25"x6.5"x3") at only 6 pounds and is designed for installation under a sink. The PowerStream tankless electric hot water heater can support hot water for the kitchen, bathrooms and hand-washing sinks. Common applications include: hand washing at home or at school, photo labs or nursing homes requiring small flows of hot water at a temperature that can be adjusted. The RP12T tankless electric hot water heater product has been renamed the PowerStar AE12.
